Our managed SEO/GEO service is billed monthly at $199/month. Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified. You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
All content, features, and functionality of SiteRize's services are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your website content and any modifications made to it.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any material changes to our services or these terms.
SiteRize shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results or rankings from our SEO services, as search engine algorithms are beyond our control.
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
